Please allow time for your journey to the Guild Hall so that you arrive in good time for your performance and to benefit from the many facilities that allow patrons to relax in a pleasant environment and take advantage of the large selection of beverages on sale in the bar and lounge areas. Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance to take their seats.  To help ensure your whole experience is a pleasant one then it is essential that you arrive at the venue in time to take your seat comfortably and enjoy the whole performance. 

The Grand Hall

For full conference sessions there is an adaptable stage area with sound, music and lighting systems. The available floor area is large enough to accommodate a full Silver Service Banquet, Dances, Dinner Dances and Buffets for several hundred people.

Charter Theatre    
The Charter Theatre is a fine, modern auditorium with 780 seats on two levels, each with its own bar.

The Theatre presents a range of professional and amateur events from small recitals to full theatrical productions and is equipped with excellent sound and lighting systems, making it also a perfect setting for open conference sessions and formal ceremonies.

Both the Stalls bar, Circle bar and adjacent areas can be used for small meetings, receptions or break-out rooms.  The Theatre auditorium itself is fitted with an infra-red audio distribution system for the hard of hearing.
