The Box Office is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm. Bookings made by phone should either be paid for with a credit or debit card or paid for within 3 days by post or in person.
Gift Vouchers – For the present that's just a little bit different, treat your friends, relatives and loved ones to a Guild Hall Gift Voucher to be redeemed against their chosen show. Gift Vouchers available in units of £5 and can be used a payment or part as payment to purchase tickets for any event.
Low Income Specials – Preston City Council offers tickets for some shows in selected seats at just £5 to Preston City Council residents who are claimants of Income Support, Income Based Job Seekers Allowance, Working Tax Credit / Child Tax Credit (at or below the qualifying income level), Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit or holders of a Form HC2. The relevant Order Book or Letter of Entitlement must be shown at the Box Office, along with a Preston City Council Tax Bill when requesting tickets. Tickets are limited to two tickets per show selected for the Low Income Specials scheme. Qualifying shows are listed in the diary under the shows ticket information. Please note that only certain performances may apply and that only a limited number of Low Income tickets are available.
Discounts – Discounted ticket prices are subject to availability and must be claimed at the time of purchase. Only one discount can be apply to each ticket. Proof of eligibility should be produced.
